High School Dance Programs

With this option the school would pay Alternative Photography for our services. The cost of this is $150.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. We will provide  1 background and proper staffing at the event. Each person in attendance that is photographed will receive a complimentary 5x7 portrait the night of the dance with an option to purchase additional products online. 

For $8.00 per student, added to each ticket to attend the dance, Alternative Photography will provide as many backgrounds as necessary and staff to accommodate your needs based on attendance. The students will be offered unlimited photo opportunities and will receive the images as a FREE download with the option to purchase products online. This is a no cost option for the school as the cost for our service is passed through to the families via ticket sales.

The school may rent backgrounds from Alternative Photography. We can provide a selection of backgrounds to match most themes. Cost of the rental is $500. per background with multiple backgrounds available. Backgrounds are delivered to the school and setup prior to the event and will be picked up at the conclusion of the dance. An insurance rider of $1000 per background is required to cover the backgrounds from any damage or loss.
