After each event, once images have been prepared, a link is sent via text and email. Cell phone and email addresses have been provided from the school, league, or organization prior to photo day. You should have prior to the event about Picture Day coming up. If not, you can request access through our automated system at: https://codereturn.me/find/1721846555942x746833259015176200

You may contact us directly to place an order at 810-732-0534. If you desire an appointment in our office, there is a $20.00 administrative fee. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-5:30pm.

Orders are printed and shipped within 2 business days after checking out. Order ship via UPS Postal Innovations and final delivery to your mailbox is through your local postal service. Most orders should be delivered in 7-10 days. However, in certain rural areas, in may take up to 14 business days. 

Occasionally orders are delayed or damaged in transit. In either case, we offer free replacements. If it has been over 14 business days since you placed your order or you received a damaged product, please contact us at 810-732-0534.

Offering Make up days or Retake days are decisions made by your school, league, or organization.

You may contact us directly at 810-732-0534 to schedule an in studio make up or retake. There is a $10.00 session fee due at time of scheduling. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-5:30pm. There are no refunds if you miss your appointment and we allow for 1 rescheduling with 24-hour notice. Please note: due to publishing deadlines and other restrictions, there is no guarantee that images taken will be in yearbooks, programs, group photos, or other publications.
